This company is a disgrace. Not live chat even if the site said there is one. not way to chat with anybody directly. Not way to talk or email the customer service either or contact anybody at all. their email address is not provided. When buy an item and pay for an expensive faster postal service sellers just send you the item with the cheapest available postage without giving any care about what you paid extra and what you actually selected. The just want to save money stealing yours used for a faster more expensive postal company like epacket for example or EMS express. This cannot be fixed. Once they sent the item with a 50-60 days delivery time then you will need to wait 3 months to get an item instead then 20 days and nothing can be done. Not even apply for refund or for a complain as it states that the item has been sent and to fail a dispute it is too early. Sellers do not get punished from Aliexpress to prevent this kind of thievery and bad behavior. Will never use that site again!!!
