I've relied on ET for years because the quality of their products are top notch. Recently, I missed a delivery over the Thanksgiving holiday and had to request a refund or a credit under their delivery protection feature. The customer service I received was excellent and very responsive to my request, and the credit was applied to my account as soon as the return of the product was verified. Given the shipping constraints placed on their products, ET's commitment to supporting their customers is outstanding.
