I received my Smok Novo 2 very fast. I have only had it 3 days, but so far working great. Your customer service is great. I initially ordered my pods with the wrong Ohm's , and I was trying to cancel my order, but when I explained my mistake to them corrected my mistake and I received what I should have ordered from start. Other companies would make me cancel first (if they let me), to re-order the right one, but ET corrected before it was shipped. Great customer service, I will keep ordering from ET going forward. Thank you
