Not only have FaceTheory products help to improve my oily skin where no other products have been able to work before, but their customer service is wonderful! I found out I was pregnant just after receiving an order and was not able to us a couple of the items I had purchased, so they refunded me the cost of the products and then I got to give those products to my friends to try out! Super kind and easy to deal with 😊
