I live in the USA and have made 10+ purchases from Proswimwear. Besides their prices being great, their customer service is superior to the actual manufacturers in every way. I have had to interact with their customer service on 2 occasions, one a rip at the seam of a tech suit and the other was 2 tech suits that I incorrectly purchased the wrong type and was beyond the return dates. These issues were rectified in a mere couple of emails with 100% satisfaction. A defect on a tech suit purchased directly from Speedo entailed a 6 month 12+ emails back and forth. I appreciate good customer service in todays society in which good costumer service is a dying art.
