I’ve ordered several times from ProSwimwear and always been satisfied with the items and customer service.
This time however I felt that the customer service has gone above and beyond because I’ve had to return the original item several times for an exchange. This is entirely the fault of Arena because their size guides for this particular item are completely inaccurate.
I’ve been so impressed with the patience of the customer service team who have tried their very best to help me get the correct fit.
