I have just started my healthy eating weight-loss journey and chose purition to help me along the way, and I’m glad I did. I started off with the 2 week starter sachets to see what flavours I liked. I have to say I love the seedy, nutty taste! It’s not too sweet. I like the shakes but I love making overnight oats, it fills me up all day! The beauty about the sachets is you never get board using the same flavour! I have lost a few pounds already and inches! Specially around my tummy! I don’t feel bloated anymore either. Pistachio and coconut are my favourites so I will invest in big bags. The super lattes are lovely too especially the blue spirulina. Now that I’m used to exchanging my lunch for a purition, I’m going to start making some of the lovely dishes off the website for my evening meals. Would definitely recommend 😀
