I am using Purition products to assist in my weight loss programme.
I was attracted to try Purition following reading that it contained normal food.
I find that with the addition of milk , yogurt and frozen mixed fruits it has a pleasant taste and texture.
I use it to replace my lunch and am losing weight steadily.
