Sweater Chalet is absolutely awesome. I am a repeat customer due to their excellent service. They responded quickly to my inquiry on the back order status of my handwarmers and offered to cancel or change the order if I didn't want to wait. The handwarmers are perfect for my hands with poor circulation and arthritis. Ahhhh! Toasty fingers.
