We ordered some Dachstien mittens, a house favorite, here. The pair just didn’t fit properly-I think it was an anomaly-and when I sent a note explaining the problem and requested a return label, I got an immediate reply from Rick and Adrienne, including a label and invitation to send the hand measurements, should we order again.
The service is terrific and they carry quality goods.
