I ordered a item on line when it arrive it did not depict the images online, further more when I tried to contact them online for a refund their website would not allow any contact whatsoever the chain was very fimsy and the actual chain was knotted at the clasp as it was purchased as a gift for someone it is not good enough for that purpose it has to be the worst ever buying experience the only way of contacting them is by writing to them, seriously in these days!!,
I intend writing to them to request a refund as the item is not fit for purpose.
