I ordered several items, but after acknowledging my order they informed me that they were unable to obtain one item. As a result I had to cancel all but one of the items I ordered, (as they were to be part of a set). Their Customer Service was excellent, and I soon had an acknowledgement of my revised order, a refund, and the next day delivery of the item left on the order. Superb! Thanks to Palmers!
