Amazing customer service! I ordered 4 large DMD panels for my home studio. When they arrived, I immediately went outside to snag them only to find that FedEx had let them set out before arrival in the rain at some point and they were totally water damaged. I emailed acoustimac and called and they responded immediately, reassuring me that another set was on the way and that they would handle the claim with FedEx. The new shipment went out the next day. I can’t say enough how impressed I am with their customer service. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to all my friends and clients.
