I have a very positive opinion about my purchase experience with Acoustimac. Ed at Acoustimac was great to work with on my panel order and after my large panel order was shipped and i checked the tracking daily and after one week, no further tracking activity was showing up, I contacted Ed and he immediately started a tracer with Fed Ex and found out the pallet of my panels was lost , he got his team to immediately build out a whole new set of the 56 panels and got shipped Priority all in one day and the 2nd pallet arrived in two days and we got our school band room project started and finished and the school is very happy with the new band room acoustics.
