The order process was easy, the pricing was the best I found and made the project affordable, the shipment arrived as promised and was in good condition (shipped in heavy-duty cardboard boxes), and I am in the process of building my baffles and I am impressed with the quality of the sound-deadening insulation. I could not ask for much more (maybe some upholstery lessons?). This has been fun, educational, and easy to do. Thanks.
