While I found this certificate course useful, I found myself asking - as a HRBP how can I influence and work better with the centers of excellence within my organization who manage people analytics, employee experience, etc... I found the final assignments/capstone to be most relevant in that it asked the learner to think like an HRBP, where as I felt some of that was missing from the content overall.
