I was looking for a place to call my own, and found this old house on outskirts of Scarborough. Among other pricey repairs it needed a new furnace and since getting one was so expensive I was kind of bummed out. After some research I found out I can rent one, and man I was happy! I decided to go ahead with these guys and now 2.5 years later I don't regret it.
