I placed an order for some cereal on Christmas day. Because of the date, I didn't expect quick delivery but the confirmation that I received implied that it would come within 1-2 working days. It would have been good to have managed my expectations a little better and explained that they were closed until the new year. After reading terrible online reviews, I panicked that I had lost my money (£60+) and I emailed support. No response. I did get my order on the 5th Jan and it was great! It just would have been better to have an improved 'out of office' response to keep me informed.
