I placed an order, and it was sent out for delivery. Royal mail informed me that they would deliver on Saturday. Upon their attempt to deliver we had nipped out. A card was posted through, and I've attempted to collect the parcel from the post office. The post office showed me a photo on their screen saying the parcel had been left in bushes in the garden. I have checked the bushes and no parcel is there. Please can you advise me what to do as this was ordered for a party on Saturday the 18/2. This is totally not your fault. I'm just looking for advice of how to deal with this situation. I had emailed this privately and got no response. Hence why I am now putting this in this section
