In a nutshell- profound and deep life-changing experience. I just happened upon APL online, it was the only retreat that looked reputable and worked with the dates I had available to me. So grateful the universe led me there to them. The team is incredibly professional, Boris and Sascha know so much about the plants and the medicine and have worked with it for years, I felt they really knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. The integration sessions with Amanda after each ceremony were so valuable, she is incredible and insightful. The accommodation and food were also lovely, despite no salt! APL placed a real emphasis on providing a physically safe environment and a mentally safe space. It makes me a bit nervous to try anywhere else now, to be honest! They've really set the bar as to how these retreats should be run. I was a bit skeptical that I found zero negative reviews online, even when doing a deep dive on Google, but I totally understand why now, and I'm already thinking about planning a second retreat with them next year.
