My experience with APL Journeys was fantastic. Not having had the experience of drinking Ayahuasca before, I had no idea how much care and attention the whole process required, and I feel VERY grateful and LUCKY that my friend recommend APL Journeys, and that I landed in their hands. The whole team is very experienced and all-around wonderful, and I always felt safe, which was my main concern and priority. Practically speaking, things were also very well thought out: the food (given the restrictions of the dieta) was great, the whole schedule (with integration circles, yoga, breath work, massage, and rest, etc) was very complimentary to the whole process. In short, I would recommend APL to anyone thinking about working with this beautiful healing medicina. I feel transformed by the experience, both by Mother Aya and her healing abilities, but also by the whole group of wonderful people that I was with and the APL team, and lastly and maybe most importantly, our shaman, Anael Rojas Rodriguez, that made the whole 8 days unforgettable. It wasn't always easy, but it was well worth it. Thank you.
