The retreat with APL in Spain was an incredibly valuable journey for me, and I think the team are doing a fantastic job. I have participated in similar retreats, and I was really impressed by the quality of care and the support APL provides, especially during the integration circles, which always resulted in constructive and helpful feedback to navigate and make sense of the experiences.
I will likely be back in the future, and I would recommend APL to anyone considering this type of journey.
