This has been a life-changing experience for me. Some context: I'm not into spirituality, religion, or anything else 'mystical' for that matter. I wanted to try ayahuasca to deal with emotional baggage that I've accumulated - it was affecting my daily life badly. 3 days after the retreat, I feel a lot lighter from having gotten rid of all this baggage. I also feel like a fundamentally different person. The way APL has run such a difficult and deeply personal process like this has been nothing short of spectacular. I highly recommend APL for anyone who wants to change their life for the better and is looking for a different but effective approach.
