My experience with APL Journeys and the facilitators was nothing short of amazing. I felt safe and held during the entire experience and I felt everyone was professional and efficient beyond anything I could have asked for. And there was so much more than just the Aya ceremonies; yoga, sound baths, nutritious food and availability for 1-2-1 chats with the integration therapists and the Shaman. Honestly the most well-run, well-planned and competent retreat I have ever been lucky enough to be apart of. Highly recommend.
