I lived a large part of my life, with a lot of fear and a lot of sadness inside me... without realizing the reason and for no reason. This feeling did not let me realize and enjoy many wonderful situations that life has to offer us. During a wonderful week with the APL, I was able to solve what was preventing me from living in a freer, more joyful and deeper way. At this moment I can enjoy every moment with the people I love the most, to appreciate such simple situations and live in a lighter and more joyful way. When we are not well, we have to have the courage to solve our problem and we often need help. It's never too late to change 🙏 Thank you APL for changing my life 🌿
