I can only express my most sincere gratitude and respect to APL and their experienced and knowledgeable facilitators. Spending one week in their retreat has changed my whole life and my perspective of my future in profound and positive ways. I was suffering from severe depression and PTSD and I felt completely lost in life. After a week in their care my depression and PTSD are gone, I can feel a profound calm and happiness in my heart and I know in which direction to go in life.
