I did the 7 day retreat in Andalucia and it was perfect. Very quiet and stunning location next to the sea and amazing healthy food.
The experience itself was very well guided and made sure that we all felt save. It started with a pre treatment guide and call, individual and group talks during the retreat and also a comforting after treatment guide and calls. I gained new and great insights which I am implementing now in my daily life. I truly can recommend APL Journey and the whole team, thank you!
