EXACTLY the same issues as BK has outlined below. They are an insurance company first (not lawyers - because you'll never get to a lawyer dealing with your complaint as it will never pass the review and delay tactics) so you can complain about them to their regulated body. The more complaints, they have to deal with, the more they may take insurance claims seriously.
