Absolutely terrible company! If we could give them 0 star we would. Please save yourself all the stress and headache by going with another Insurance provider. We took out a Let Emergency Insurance with them through Adrian Flux the Insurance broker and since there was an emergency case of no hot water in the property, they tried every trick they could to fob us off and not paying. Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. We are raising a formal complain against them and are taking this case to the Financial Ombudsman Services.
