Don’t buy from them, I used to be a Back Market customer, not anymore, I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max in the UK, their seller (Loop Mobile) sent me a ISLUS version with no physical sim, when I returned it as instructed they claimed they have no records of this phone sold, and they haven’t returned the phone, haven’t given me a refund, and I’ve been trying to reach customer service for days with no answer.
I feel like I was scammed
