Awful company....Alastair describes the exact same bad experience I went through.
Limited contact, however demanded proof of funding etc
They’re the company withholding funds from customers on the fabricated lies that your account needs to go through vetting etc
No option to pick up the phone, so they simply choose to ignore.
Their online chat system is useless, because the person at the other end can’t provide you with any information, claiming that it’s a specialist department dealing!!!
Useless, hoping the gambling commission removes them ASAP
