BMS SALVAGE will send you an e-mail how the whole process of collecting the car and paying for it is such a thing when the driver picks up your car you have to call BMS and the driver has to confirm that he is picking it up {I wonder why he can't do it himself} and then he starts the payment [the BMS company works 8am-6pm} I made an appointment to pick up my car [the next available date was after 8 days] I took the day off from work, I was at home all day and the driver called me at 6:20pm saying he would be there in an hour here is a deliberate scam of the BMS SALVAGE company that arranges with the company that picks up the car to pick up your car after 6pm when the office is closed so that you can't contact them not to pay you. so I said you can't take the car today and I waited for contact from BMS SALVAGE. after 7 days I got an email from them that I canceled the collection of the car and I owe them £120 if you don't want to have problems just find another company, that's all true I will never use this company again and I advise you not to either I do not recommend
