Well, I ordered this boost mainly for Heroic raid and get normal for free, that's good. I'm pretty satisfy with my Heroic run - professional teams and fast team formation. However, for the normal run, the group kept me waiting for 40mins and when I got invitation, the first boss was down. That's why there's one star deducted. But in all, it's a good service.
