Was scheduled for a specific time and showed up 5min prior instead of 10min prior and was told I'd have to wait till next raid because they had already done it. Seems like 5 min prior to the agreed upon start time should be fine. The next time they ended up started nearly 20min late, so showing up extra early for that one was pointless. Editing this at their request. They gave me another run for free so I'm raising my rating, but still started over 20min late again. Being on time in a huge factor in my rating because I don't want to sit around for half an hour waiting when I could be doing something else. They did reach out again to make it right and offered me another run to make up for it. This one did start promptly and didn't have any issues. I appreciate their willingness to make it right even if it took a couple tries.
