They break their own rules AND the law. There is no internal communication between staff. I had a massive import issue for which I delivered proof after proof, get they dismissed it, hereby abusing their monopoly power. Legally they were in the wrong but due to their monopoly and them being a government corporation, nothing was fixed.
In my entire life I have been nothing but disappointed by bpost and their lack of client service, flexibility and honesty. They don't even deserve one star as there is simply no sympathy or help for clients.
