I've never had a high opinion of Bpost but this is a next level. After two failed delivery 'attempts' last week (I was at home all the time and they could have just put it into the mailbox - which they did the third time), I decided to avoid problems and asked another item to be delivered directly to a postal point. Now, it's a second day in a row Bpost is sending me information about failed delivery attempts *to their own post point* because they are trying to deliver it before its opening hours - which are indicated on their own website btw. Their bot-like customer support thinks it's fine so they couldn't help me...
