Avoid at all costs. Treats/toys aren’t worth the £19.99 and certainly aren’t suitable. Cancelled my subscription to realise its a contract (this was stated nowhere). I have been in touch with various team members to be told the same thing. Constantly being bombarded with failed payment emails. I have had to cancel through the bank to stop payments from being taken. I have asked for my account to be deleted and details removed. Yet to hear anything back.
