Very disappointing. Ended my subscription left a fair and honest review. Was then contacted and asked what the issues were. I explained, she offered me two free toys (we didn’t get) then asked me to remove my review. I told her no, as it was accurate. They then refused to verify me as a customer 🤣 to try and remove my review. The toys are incredibly poor treat packs are small and even sometimes £1 wagg treats. Keep your money and build your own! I was offered an upgrade to stronger toys, didn’t happen.
