Where do I start, Oxford Cafcas the most unprofessional service ever, and to think they are appointed to provide collected information reports for the family courts system. The advisors name is Ruth "I assume everything" Alexander firstly she reports I was early to her appointment because I was early not caring for my boys education and attendance if she had a brain and asked why I would have explained that my two youngest didn't start there school term till the 5th and today is the 4th and my eldest gets out of school at 2pm on Wednesdays hence why Iam early!!! They have no processes and protocols they interview me the parent first and then the children and in doing so have taken all the information from a 13 year old boy who wants his ps & vr back after I took them away for shop lifting, vaping, smoking weed and touching alcohol as the gospel meaning the order in which the interviews where done where back to front, I had no chance to comment on anything said by my son making her REPORT COMPLETELY BIAS!!!! She assumed slot but knew nothing!!! also she interviewed my children 13, 10, 8 in another room without me in it which not even the police can do as a parent must be present ( a school can't give your children medicine you have to go in and give it to them!!). There is 8 years of social involvement due to my ex boys mum being an alcoholic, drug addict and a convicted drug dealer in reports which I believe she never asked or obtained to read and get info on the family's back ground, instead makes a parents hard work and effort feel like nothing!!!! And as for the court that I paid £400 to, to get an order to keep the mother in some sort of supervised visit plan I am disgusted that a judge can be so dismissive and rude (Hey judge your not better then us, all are equal in the eyes of eqauilty get off you high horse!!) My rent over but Ruth Alexander may I suggest you look for another job!!!!
