The site advertised mats for smart cars, on contacting about mats for my smart crossblade unsurprisingly they didn’t make them. However, after chatting with Amy, who is an absolutely wonderful employee and top notch at customer service, she said if I made a template of my existing mats and sent it in they would set it up and make them for me. I now have the new mats which look stunning and all the extra work and programming came at no extra cost. Car Mats and Amy are a fantastic company which I shall recommend to fellow Crossblade owners. Thank you.
