My order was despatched and delivered quickly. However Initially I thought I had been sent the wrong cartridges as my Brother printer would not accept the replacement. Charlotte contacted me and advised me on the technique to get it accepted which did work after a couple of attempts. Impressed with the very helpful and prompt response, it was Easter Sunday! but at the same time had not experienced problems with other brands of replacement cartridges.
