Placed Order (Website states artwork will be sent for approval within 3-5 working days) Weeks later nothing, radio silence. Emailed them and was told it was being dispatched on the Tuesday 5 days from date of email. i emailed again on wednesday and was sent my artwork. Approved and sent back straight away and back to radio silence for another few weeks. Spent ages trying to get them on the phone to be told they where due for production that day and would be dispatched on the friday. They apologised for the delay and said i'll make sure we throw in some extras. Order arrived on Tuesday nearly 2 months from order date. In between that time i have ordered with another supplier twice and had the workwear delivered both times before cobra sent me the artwork to approve. Wouldn't use again. communication is all that's needed. 2 stars are for the quality of the items which is good but service is lacking. and maybe i'll receive those extras in two months as well? Avoid and go local or with someone that can send an email detailing delays etc
