When I ordered the Charlie Bear it said 5 in stock so we ordered it a week before our granddaughter's birthday. It did not arrive. When we contacted Collectables we were told it was on pre-order and should not be long. It had not arrived by Easter. We were told it could be up to 2 months before we got it. They did offer us our money back which we declined in case we could not get it anywhere else. It eventually arrived. Beautiful bear
