Per Telefon hieß es „dieses problem gab es in 5 jahren noch nicht“. aha.
ohrringe & kette sehr klein, kette war verheddert im karton, ohrringe bekam ich nicht rein weil sie sehr gebogen sind.
hab ich mich wohl etwas doof angestellt - jetzt geht es.
schmuck ist sehr schön & filigran - aber viel kleiner als er auf den fotos wirkt und der kundenservice + verhedderte kette haben mir den spaß verdorben.
