Amazing product. Marketing is perfect-not too much and not too little. Loved the hand written note. One thing though-the duties at the border. I did not like that. I’m not sure if there is/was anything you could do about that but the extra $40 of duties and handling was unexpected and made the purchase less than perfect. This extra cost increased the price almost 60%. If there is any way to warn the customer this would be appreciated. I might just have bought more to make it worth it. I had planned on getting a couple things with the intention of getting more later but sadly with the extra cost I likely won’t do this. Hope this helps for your international sales.
