for a first time console cloud user the end of the month and close of month video was very poor it did not detail whether you should disburse the last working day of the month and close than or if you should actually wait to the first day of the next month before you closed off the month now i will need to stand in line and ask a chat line this should have been covered in the video also more details about where to save the pdf or whether to print them for the EOM more details would have been better. Don't know why you bothered to do the video will have to ask for help anyway --POOR
