Wanted a beam for above our log burner. We went to the showroom to confirm the colour and finish we wanted. The gentleman was extremely helpful showing us examples of the different finishes and colours. We wanted a different length than what was on their website & he assured us that wouldnt be a problem.
We ordered it & 10days later it arrived. Its perfect, absolutely lovely & really finishes off our fireplace.
l can't recommend them enough,extremley helpful,the craftmanship is outstanding & they were in my opinion very quick.
