I am really pleased with the shelves and the fire surround I ordered. They were very well packaged and communication was good. I did test out the customer service to its max as I had originally ordered the wrong size, they fixed that and then they didn’t arrive, they fixed that and then I lost one of the raw plugs and they fixed that. It was easy to contact someone and I felt that they went above and beyond to support. The delivery didn’t arrive on time but that wasn’t their fault and they worked tirelessly with UPS to get them delivered and kept me updated every step of the way.
