I have purchased several beds, all of excellent quality, after having to return more expensive products to other providers due to poor quality. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Not only is the quality top notch, their customer service is equally fantastic. They are super responsive and the after care has been brilliant. They replaced a part completely free of charge after my daughter broke a bracket on her bed a year after purchase - this wasn’t a reflection on the quality of the product, it was entirely self inflicted damage. Despite this they didn’t hesitate to sort it for us. Thank you Brian.
