After placing an order with Lenovo, fulfilled by Digital River, and being guaranteed that the items were in stop and that they would be shipped next day, then receiving an email confirmation that the items would ship in the next 1-2 working days, we heard nothing for 4 days. Upon contacting the Digital River support several times, their representatives have absolutely no clue about what is happening with the order (some say that it is not in stock - even though it still shows in stock on the website - others say that it is actually being 'processed'...a week later...) and offer absolutely no solution, nor do they show any ability to answer any question posed to them. Awful awful service - avoid any store using Digital River as a reseller
